Dataware was founded in 1988 as a software development company specializing in Communications and Real-time systems. Its founders are senior consultants who are experts in UNIX and Client/Server Distributed solutions. In 1992, as a result of dealing with recruitment agencies, clients and IT professionals, we saw an unfulfilled need in this industry for highly specialized technical recruiting services. We saw a need for a company that is able to fully understand all the intricacies of the candidates' career goals and the companies' recruitment needs, and to fulfill these needs with professionalism and integrity. This is when Dataware Consulting began offering highly specialized IT placement services as a complement to our Project Management and Consulting practice.
