Free Consultation

• We meet with you online to answer questions and offer guidance about your data platform. This is a great way to understand what Dataware Consulting is all about.​

Advisory Project

• We engage with you as a strategic resource.  This is a great way to strategize and make a plan for the next phase of your data platform.

Implementation Project

• We engage with you as a development resource to implement the next phase of your data platform.  Implementation services vary from complete data platform builds (6 months +) to "quick hit" functional projects (1 month +) to expand your current capabilities.  We offer two staffing options:

  1. Dataware Consulting provides the team

  2. Dataware Consulting assists your team

     • Our Principal Consultant typically engages as an Architect, Project Lead, and/or Senior Developer​

Monthly Retainer (Advisory or Implementation)

• We engage with you monthly for a set number of part-time hours.  This is a great way get ongoing project support for your data platform.

Training Sessions

• We engage with your team for a series of training sessions.  This is most effective​​​ when Dataware Consulting has an understanding of your data platform and can target specific subject matter.
